MARSH AMPLIFICATION POLICIES
PAYMENT OPTIONS
US and International Customers: We accept PayPal, Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Western Union or MoneyGram. We only accept credit cards through your Paypal account. NO personal checks or bank wire transfers accepted.
SALES TAX
Orders within the state of Florida must pay applicable sales tax unless we have a signed Florida Certificate of Resale on file before the sale.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
We cannot honor requests to declare lower values for the products we ship in order to reduce import duties and taxes. Due to our legal responsibilities and the possibility of your shipment being held for further evaluation, we must declare actual value for customs on all shipments. Please do not request a lowered value.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Any order that is cancelled within 24 hours after placing the order will be refunded the full amount of the sale without penalty. After 24 hours, any order that is cancelled for any reason will be refunded the full amount of the sale minus a 5 percent restocking fee. Changes to orders will be accepted until order is in production.
RETURNS
DIRECT SALES: Please review your shipment upon receipt. All return claims must be made within 14 days of receipt. Items must be repacked in their original packaging and returned by UPS or USPS. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the error is a result of Marsh Amplification. If the error is a result of Marsh Amplification, a UPS call tag will be issued to the buyer to return the item(s). All items returned for refund for non-technical reasons will be subject to a 25 percent restocking fee.
MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS: Please review your shipment carefully upon receipt. If you are missing an item or received an incorrect item in your shipment, it must be reported to Marsh Amplification within 10 days of receipt or customer will be responsible for shipping charges to send the missing or incorrect item. If you ordered a kit, you must complete your inventory within 10 days of receipt of the kit or you will be responsible for shipment charges of missing or incorrect items.
DAMAGE CLAIMS: All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt. Items must be repacked in their original packaging and returned by UPS or USPS. Replacement items will be shipped upon receipt of original item damaged. Shipping charges will be reimbursed. If customer decides to have damaged item repaired by another amplifier service location, Marsh Amplification must be notified prior to any repairs being performed.
REPLICA WARRANTY: All replicas are under warranty for a period of two years from date received for manufacturer’s defects. Tubes are under warranty for a period of 30 days and speakers are under warranty for a period of 90 days after delivery. PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for shipping charges to return the amplifier to us for repair as well as the return shipping charges back to your location.
SHIPPING
UNITED STATES: All US mainland orders are shipped by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. UPS Next Day, Second Day, 3-Day Select or Fedex Express services are available (additional charges apply).
INTERNATIONAL: International orders for replicas and kits are shipped by Fedex Economy or DHL International Economy due to their high value. International small parts orders are shipped by USPS Express Mail International or Priority Mail International. Canadian small parts order can be shipped by USPS Priority Mail International. Items under 4 pounds may be shipped USPS First Class Mail however no tracking or delivery time is available. All high value items are insured for purchase price. If an item is returned to the US for non delivery or customs issues, shipping charges will not reimbursed to the buyer. Please keep in mind that USPS Customs Numbers are not trackable in many countries. Marsh Amps is not responsible for the delivery time of an item using USPS Priority or First Class Mail services.
SUBSTITUTIONS/PRODUCT CHANGES
Pricing, descriptions and availability may vary and are subject to change without notice. If an item is no longer available as a result of a supplier discontinuing that product, we will notify the customer immediately and offer a subsitition if available or a full refund for that product and shipping charges. Marsh Amps reserves the right to substitute products with similiar products when necessary. Pricing of items will never increase on an order after it has been accepted.
