Payment Options

US and Canadian Customers:
We accept PayPal, Money Orders or Cashier’s Checks. Sorry no credit cards or personal checks.

International Customers:
We accept PayPal, Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks or wire transfers by Western Union. Sorry no credit cards or personal checks. For Western Union payments, wire transfer is to be made payable to Denise Marsh and our payment address is Marsh Amplification, LLC, 4581 Weston Road, PMB #339, Weston, FL 33331, USA.

Sales Tax  

Orders within Florida must pay applicable sales tax unless we have a signed Florida Certificate of Resale on file before the sale.

International Customs  

Pleased be advised that all international orders will be subject to appropriate customs charges as applied to the actual value of the product(s) purchased.Without exceptions, seller will not alter in any way the actual value of products sold for the purpose of avoiding appropriate customs charges.

Order Cancellations

Any order that is cancelled within 24 hours after placing the order will be refunded the full amount of the sale without penalty. After 24 hours, any order that is cancelled will be refunded the full amount of the sale minus a 5 percent restocking fee.

Returns  

Direct Sales: Please review your shipment upon receipt. All return claims must be made within 30 days of receipt. Items must be repacked in their original packaging and returned by UPS or USPS. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the error is a result of Marsh Amplification. If the error is a result of Marsh Amplification, a UPS call tag will be issued to the buyer to return the item(s).

EBay Sales: All return claims must be made within 30 days of receipt. Items must be repacked in their original packaging and returned by UPS or USPS. Shipping charges will not be refunded. All EBay Listing and final auction fees will be deducted from the refund.

Damage Claims: All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt. Items must be repacked in their original packaging and returned by UPS or USPS. Replacement items will be shipped upon receipt of original item damaged. Shipping charges will be reimbursed. If customer decides to have damaged item repaired by another amplifier service location, Marsh Amplification must be notified prior to any repairs being performed.

Shipping

All domestic orders (US) are shipped by UPS ground. UPS Next Day or Fedex services are available (additional charges apply). US orders to PO Boxes are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. All International orders are shipped by United States Postal Service Global Express Mail (3-5 days). All items are insured for the full amount of the item(s). Customs declaration is for the full amount of the item(s) and will not be altered. We will not ship any international orders by air parcel post. This method is unreliable and packages are often delayed in customs for several weeks without any traceable method to determine status of order.
